Job Summary
Directs nursing operations for a hospice, providing clinical leadership across home care, admissions, education, and interdisciplinary teams; ensures regulatory compliance and quality improvement; mentors clinical managers and directors; collaborates on staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation; serves as clinical expert and advocate for patient-centered care; supports staff retention and performance management; may step in for senior clinical leadership as needed; requires active RN license in GA and 3+ years of senior-level hospice leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Georgia
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of senior-level management experience
- At least 3 years of hospice experience
- Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and compliance standards
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
