Job Summary
Oversee all direct and indirect patient services for home health clinical personnel, providing guidance to coordinators and supervisors on improving care delivery. Manage clinical teams by conducting annual performance evaluations, hiring, and terminating staff while interpreting operational indicators to adjust staffing levels. Develop orientation programs and inservice training, maintain clinical records and inventory in compliance with federal and state laws, and assist in budget preparation and policy administration. Promote referrals within the healthcare community and ensure adherence to Joint Commission standards.
Required Qualifications
- Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program
- Three years of management experience in a home health or related health care organization
- At least one year in a supervisory or administrative capacity
- Home Health experience
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with the state and / or organization requirements and is in good working order
