Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnel, including guidance to coordinators and clinical supervisors. Assist in managing clinical teams, evaluating clinician performance annually, and conducting orientation and continuing education programs. Interpret operational indicators to detect census changes and assist in budget preparation and performance improvement reviews. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding licensure and Joint Commission standards while maintaining adequate inventory supplies. Promote home health referrals and stay informed about field changes to share with appropriate personnel. Report to Executive Director / Administrator with authority to act in their absence. Full-time role with an 8-hour Monday to Friday schedule, onsite location, and salary of $200,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program
- Three years of management experience in a home health or related health care organization
- At least one year in a supervisory or administrative capacity
- Home Health experience
- Must be a licensed driver
- Must have an automobile that is insured in accordance with the state and / or organization requirements
- Automobile must be in good working order
