Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee all direct and indirect patient services, providing guidance to coordinators and clinical supervisors to improve home health care delivery. Manage clinical teams, conduct annual clinician performance evaluations, and hire, evaluate, and terminate organization personnel. Assist in budget preparation, interpret operational indicators for staffing adjustments, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding licensure and Joint Commission standards. Maintain clinical records, inventory supplies, and develop orientation and continuing education programs for staff. Promote home health referrals and stay informed on industry changes. Report to the Executive Director/Administrator with authority to act in their absence. Full-time, 8-hour Monday to Friday onsite schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program
- Three years of management experience in a home health or related health care organization
- At least one year in a supervisory or administrative capacity
- Home Health experience
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with the state and / or organization requirements and is in good working order
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in health care preferred
