Director of Nursing (DON) – Home Health Care – Tampa/Brandon, FL

Direct and coordinate all clinical patient care services, overseeing Start of Care, Recertification, Resumption of Care, Discharge, and skilled nursing visits. Review OASIS documentation for accuracy, ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, Florida AHCA, and accreditation standards, and lead the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement program. Oversee clinical staffing, scheduling, productivity, and on-call coverage while recruiting, training, and supervising clinical staff. Review clinical documentation and coordinate with physicians, therapists, referral sources, patients, and families. Maintain survey readiness and support corrective action plans as needed. Assist the Administrator with branch operations and organizational goals.
