Job Summary
Director of Nursing (RN) in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Saint Charles, MN, leading the nursing department to achieve high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance. Responsible for clinical quality and resident care, oversight of documentation and survey readiness, quality improvement and infection control, workforce leadership and development, and operations/budget management. Requires RN with active license in Minnesota, CPR certification, and strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and practices. Includes potential direct care as needed and on-call requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active, unrestricted license in the state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR certification
