Job Summary
Director of Nursing (RN) leads nursing department in a Skilled Nursing Facility, overseeing clinical quality, regulatory compliance, infection control, staffing, budgeting, and performance improvement; responsibilities include mentoring nurses and CNAs, ensuring resident-centered care, survey readiness, and adherence to HIPAA and organizational policies. Must hold RN license and CPR, with experience in leadership, long-term care regulations, and staff development. Location: Milwaukee, WI. Full-time exempt role.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active, unrestricted license in the state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical practices
- Current CPR certification
