Job Summary
Director of Nursing (RN) leading the nursing department in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Little Chute, WI. Responsible for clinical quality and resident care, regulatory compliance, QAPI and performance improvement, workforce leadership and development, operations and financial management, and safeguarding resident rights. Drives high-quality care through mentorship of nurses and CNAs, ensures survey readiness, maintains licensure and CPR certification, oversees staffing, budgeting, and adherence to HIPAA and infection control standards. May provide direct nursing care as needed and collaborates with the executive leadership to promote resident-centered care and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active, unrestricted license in the state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR certification
