Job Summary
Directs and oversees nursing operations in an assisted living/skilled nursing setting: responsible for implementing and evaluating care plans, coordinating with physicians and healthcare providers, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing policies, providing training and mentorship to the healthcare team, and fostering collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to maintain high-quality, person-centered care. Maintains regulatory compliance at federal, state, and local levels; stays current with industry/practice trends; monitors resident satisfaction and implements improvements to the resident experience program.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure is required in state of practice
- LPN or LVN licensure is required in state of practice
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an RN or LPN in assisted living, skilled nursing, or a related field is required
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living, skilled nursing, or a related field is preferred
