Job Summary
Oversee daily nursing operations, manage budgets and policies, and organize service delivery to align with facility goals. Lead quality improvement activities, provide direct supervision to nursing staff, and collaborate with departments, families, and visitors. Monitor safety issues, evaluate service delivery, and ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct regarding risk management, infection control, and restraint alternatives. Work closely with the Medical Director to promote high standards of care and support staff professional development. This role resides in Colorado and requires current RN licensure and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment
- Obtain and maintain CPR certification
- Reside in the United States

- Communicable Disease experience
