Job Summary
Plan, organize, and direct the overall operation of the Nursing department to ensure quality patient care. Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols while managing staffing, budgeting, and equipment allocation. Provide visionary leadership by setting goals, training staff, and conducting performance evaluations. Monitor patient outcomes, oversee quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations. Serve as a patient advocate by communicating with families and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Prepare for regulatory inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
