Job Summary
Direct and oversee all nursing operations, lead and mentor nursing managers, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Promote quality resident care through evidence-based clinical practices while overseeing staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and retention. Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives, maintain survey readiness, and manage departmental budgets. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize resident outcomes and build a culture focused on teamwork and accountability. Requires current RN license in New Hampshire and Director experience in skilled nursing or long-term care. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
- Thorough knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and long-term care operations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated success in staff development, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement
- Ability to effectively lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team
