Job Summary
Manage the overall clinical management of the facility as a resident and family-focused leader. Build and lead a high-performing team and culture while ensuring adherence to long-term care operational standards, Federal Register Conditions of Participation, and State regulations. Requires a valid Texas RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program. Required Qualifications
- Valid Texas RN License
- Valid CPR Certification
- Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program
- Knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations
