Job Summary
Lead the clinical operations as Director of Nursing (DON) for a Texas-based facility. Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to build and sustain a high-performing nursing team, ensure compliance with long-term care standards and state/federal regulations, and oversee overall clinical management, resident care, and quality of care initiatives. Must hold a Texas RN license and CPR certification, with supervisory experience in healthcare settings such as hospitals or skilled nursing facilities. Strong focus on team development, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence to support safe, resident-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Texas RN License
- Valid CPR Certification
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program
- Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations
