Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the Nursing Services Department at Avante at Ocala, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations while maintaining high quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing
- Ability to read and write legibly
- English speaking and understanding
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Previous experience in healthcare facility
- Knowledge of nursing practices and guidelines
- Minimum 3-5 years as RN
- Current CPR Certification
- At least 5 years' experience in supervisory capacity
- Ability to remain calm under stress
- Positive attitude toward the elderly
