Director of Nursing (DON)

Organize, develop, and direct the overall operations of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. Work directly with the Administrator and Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care for each resident. Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies while maintaining established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures. This role requires a current, unencumbered RN license, BLS or CPR certification, and a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a nursing community. Full-time opportunity available with daily pay.
