Job Summary
Lead the nursing team as Director of Nursing (DON) at Albany Care in Evanston, IL. The role requires an RN with psych experience to oversee staffing, interviewing and hiring, EMR charting audits, admissions processes, and chairing the Quality Assurance Committee. Responsibilities include preparing nursing and performance-improvement reports per JCAHO guidelines, supervising the MDS/Care Plan Coordinator, and ensuring high-quality psychiatric care in a 24-hour residential facility. Required Qualifications

- Nursing experience in a residential mental health setting required
- Clinical and supervisory experience required
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the State of Illinois
