Director of Nursing (DON)

Lead the nursing team as Director of Nursing (DON) at Albany Care in Evanston, IL. The role requires an RN with psych experience to oversee staffing, interviewing and hiring, EMR charting audits, admissions processes, and chairing the Quality Assurance Committee. Responsibilities include preparing nursing and performance-improvement reports per JCAHO guidelines, supervising the MDS/Care Plan Coordinator, and ensuring high-quality psychiatric care in a 24-hour residential facility.
