Director of Nursing (DON) * $10K SOB*

Plan, organize, develop, and direct the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards to ensure the highest quality of care in a long-term care facility. Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to maintain continuity of care. Perform administrative duties such as medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting. Ensure sufficient licensed nurses, CNAs, medications, and safety equipment are available for each shift to sustain quality care. Provide leadership and oversight across the nursing team, driving compliance with regulatory guidelines and continuous improvement in resident outcomes.
