Job Summary
Oversee nursing services, patient scheduling, and clinical documentation to ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective care. Collaborate with physicians and leadership to coordinate patient activities, enforce practice standards, and manage staffing schedules based on operational needs. Analyze care practices to improve outcomes, oversee emergency responses, and maintain regulatory compliance with accreditation and OSHA requirements. Monitor FTE utilization, recommend cost-effective staffing, and manage clinical instrument sterilization and equipment maintenance. Promote safety initiatives, address staff performance, and assist with budget development.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of regulatory, accreditation, and professional nursing standards
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient surgical environment
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen
