Job Summary
Oversee daily nursing operations, manage budgets and policies, and organize service delivery to align with facility goals. Lead quality improvement activities, provide direct supervision to nursing staff, and serve as a consultant on safety, infection control, and risk management. Collaborate with the Medical Director to promote high standards of care and support professional development while monitoring service delivery and staff growth. Maintain current Registered Nurse licensure and CPR certification within the state of employment. This role supports Wellpath's mission to provide compassionate care to underserved and vulnerable patients through autonomy and a people-first culture.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment
- Obtain and maintain CPR certification
- 2 years of supervisory experience in an acute setting recommended
