Director of Nursing

Lead, mentor, and manage nursing and clinical teams within the GI/Endoscopy setting while overseeing daily clinical operations to ensure safe, efficient patient care. Maintain high standards of patient safety, infection prevention, and quality outcomes by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. Oversee staffing, scheduling, competencies, and supply management, collaborating with gastroenterologists, anesthesia providers, and administrative leadership to support center goals. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience, clinical efficiency, and operational performance. Serve as the clinical leader and resource for staff, providers, and patients in this full-time, exempt role.
