Job Summary
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance nursing services and improve patient outcomes across the organization while managing departmental budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation. Oversee staffing, supervision, and personnel management in accordance with state-specific education laws, leading recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, accreditation standards, and safety protocols through rigorous monitoring and policy updates. Collaborate with executive leadership to align nursing initiatives with organizational goals and promote instructional leadership in education. This role requires a BSN with a preferred Master's degree in Nursing Administration or Healthcare Management, along with a valid state nursing license. Applicants must be RNs with skilled nursing or long-term care experience. The position offers 401(k), dental, health, vision, and paid time off insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Valid state nursing license with current registration and compliance with state-specific education laws
- MUST be an RN
