Job Summary
Work with caregivers to integrate assisted living principles and company culture into all resident care aspects. Maintain regulatory compliance and oversee medication administration processes to ensure delivery aligns with physician orders. Coordinate health care services with external providers and physicians while managing vendor partnerships to meet resident needs. Develop and participate in the on-call schedule to support clinical requirements after hours. Communicate proactively with residents and families to enhance engagement.
