Director of Nursing

Oversee all aspects of the Clinical Department to ensure guests receive quality care 24 hours a day, including planning, development, and overall operation of the Nursing Department. Instill a positive and inclusive facility culture, set and attain Nursing Department goals, and ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations. Maintain high standards of care through attention to detail while supporting resident well-being. Requires an unencumbered South Dakota RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of RN experience. Prior department management experience is preferable.
