Develop and oversee the staffing schedule for the Clinical Services department while approving and validating payroll. Create and implement resident care plans in coordination with physicians and medical directors. Assess care quality, develop policies governing nursing services, and manage staff recruitment, retention, and development to achieve positive resident outcomes. Collaborate with other departments on resources and services, evaluate cost-effectiveness of staffing, and serve as the spokesperson for nursing matters. Represent the facility with professional organizations and promote positive public relations with patients, residents, and families.
