Job Summary
Oversee nursing staff including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants while developing policies to ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborate across departments to implement care plans and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Manage the nursing budget covering salaries, supplies, and equipment while supervising staff performance and disciplinary actions. Serve as a liaison between nursing teams, patients, families, and healthcare providers to maintain excellent communication. Requires an MSN, five years of leadership experience, and a current Pennsylvania RN license.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Nursing (MSN or equivalent) or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing leadership or management
- Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
