Job Summary
Supervise all nursing staff in the facility, overseeing hiring, conduct, and the implementation of nursing policies and procedures. Ensure adequate staffing levels with current skills while assessing the health needs of each resident. Maintain knowledge of facility incidents and manage long-term care operations. Requires an Indiana RN license, director-level experience, and strong leadership and communication abilities. Based in Greenfield, IN, with a salary range of $90K-$110K.
