Job Summary
Direct nursing and clinical operations for an Ambulatory Surgery Center, overseeing nursing staff, recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management; collaborate with physicians and anesthesia providers to optimize patient care and workflows; lead clinical quality initiatives, patient safety, accreditation readiness, and risk management; develop perioperative policies and procedures; monitor staffing, productivity, and departmental budgets; drive QA and performance improvement and foster a patient-focused culture centered on teamwork and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey
- Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience within an OR, ASC, and/or PACU environment
