Director of Nursing (86805)

Supervise all nursing staff to ensure quality resident care meets regulatory standards while overseeing the nursing department budget and nurse leadership positions. Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and retention for nursing staff, and assume daily facility operations duties when the Executive Director is absent. Communicate with physicians, residents, and families regarding health plans, ensure timely documentation and assessments, and review restorative procedures for resident independence. Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, complete reports and audits, and manage the nursing on-call rotation. Maintain professional licensure and CEU requirements with at least three to five years of supervisory experience in a geriatric setting.
