Director of North America, Pre-Sales Platform Specialists — lead and develop the North America Product Specialists team, mentor leaders, shape and execute Twilio’s go-to-market strategy, foster cross-functional partnerships, represent the team in executive forums, and ensure operational stability during growth and change.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience including people management within a technology or SaaS environment
- Experience as a second-line leader (managing managers) within a technology presales/post-sales or product specialist team
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing leaders at multiple organizational levels
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
- Strong collaboration skills and experience navigating matrixed, cross-functional environments
- Expertise in product strategy, go-to-market planning, and solution architecture
- Proven ability to drive business results in a fast-paced, growth-focused setting
- Organizational and program management skills
