Job Summary
Director of North America Marketing leads and executes the marketing and business development strategy across the United States and Canada, translating regional objectives into integrated marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include strategic leadership in marketing, campaign planning across digital, print, social, and field channels, SEO/SEM, email marketing, marketing automation, content development, brand stewardship, lifecycle management of the North America portfolio, collaboration with Sales, ROI and budget accountability, and team leadership. Required capabilities include strategic planning, cross-border collaboration, stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and experience in regional/national marketing leadership within agriculture or related industries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 8–10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including regional or national scope
- Demonstrated experience leading marketing strategy across the U.S. and/or Canada
- Experience managing marketing budgets and external agencies/vendors
- Agriculture, life sciences, specialty chemicals, or related industry experience strongly preferred
