Job Summary

Supervise the New Development Escrow and Community Launch teams, ensuring quality service and timely execution of phasing communities. Manage developer billing, launch processes, and bond releases while coordinating with property managers, developers, and third-party providers. Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for staff, maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies. Oversee regional operations, vendor bidding, and document collection to support new project setups and first closings. Identify potential developer clients and represent the company at industry events. Requires two years of direct new development experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and valid driver's license. Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of direct New Development experience
  • Minimum two years of supervisory experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean DMV record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to drive to and from communities
  • Verifiable references
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to visit communities for meetings
  • Ability to pass along all areas of a property during site inspection
  • Ability to sit, stand, and operate business equipment
  • Ability to use computers to record, store and analyze information
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Good knowledge of various business machines typically found in an office
  • Ability to manage confidential matters and exercise sound judgment independently
  • Ability to perform all essential duties and responsibilities listed above with minimal supervision, handling assignments with the highest level of discretion, judgment and independence
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Capable of managing competing priorities under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead others by mentoring and providing training
  • Ability and experience in successfully leading and coordinating staff in a high volume, time-sensitive environment
  • Excellent employee relations skills to resolve problems and provide a high level of employee satisfaction
