Job Summary
Director of Network Operations overseeing Looma's device network, marketplace platform, and related systems; responsible for real-time visibility, monitoring, incident resolution, escalation, and scale of support operations. Emphasizes building scalable support structures, automation, AI-assisted workflows, vendor management, defining SLAs and KPIs (SLA attainment, MTTR, CSAT, first contact resolution), and communicating operational health to executives. Requires leadership experience in technical support or IT/network operations, ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, vendors, retailers, and internal teams, and a track record of improving support operations, monitoring infrastructure, and knowledge management.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technical support, network operations, IT operations, or related fields
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing support teams or operational functions
- Strong understanding of monitoring systems, support tooling, ticketing platforms, and operational workflows
- Experience managing third-party support providers, field operations vendors, or contact center partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
