Seeking a results-driven Sales Director, National Accounts at Solina USA to lead sales efforts and manage strategic national account relationships in the food industry, focusing on QSR, fast casual, and casual dining segments. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the food industry, with a strong focus on customized seasonings, sauces, flavor solutions, and value-added functional ingredients.
- Proven track record of managing and growing high-profile national accounts across multiple segments, including Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Fast Casual, and Casual Dining.
- Established relationships within the national accounts landscape and a deep understanding of the different market environments in which these segments operate.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing, coaching, and mentoring a sales team.

- Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills, organizational planning, teamwork, analytical reasoning, and adaptability.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, preferred.
