Job Summary
Provides strategic and operational leadership across all mortgage servicing functions, with responsibility for team performance, regulatory compliance, and the member experience for the real estate loan portfolio post‐closing. Leads, coaches, and develops direct reports; monitors performance metrics to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness. Establishes servicing strategy, ensures ongoing regulatory compliance, and drives a high‐quality, consistent member experience. Identifies opportunities to grow, innovate, and optimize the servicing portfolio and related processes. Partners closely with internal stakeholders to align servicing practices with organizational objectives, risk tolerance, and service standards.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in Business or related field required; equivalent combination of training and work experience considered
- Five to eight years of similar or related experience, including leading a Mortgage Loan Servicing or Mortgage Operations Team
- Minimum five years of experience leading a Mortgage Loan Servicing or Mortgage Operations Team
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills, well-organized, with attention to detail
- Understanding and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
