Job Summary
Director responsible for coordinating WestCare Foundation’s Mobile Crisis Response Team within the Mental Health Department; oversees staffing, training, data analysis, and fiscal monitoring; engages in community networking and outreach with law enforcement and behavioral health partners; increases community awareness of the Mobile Response Team; supervises crisis counselors and ensures program implementation, crisis planning, and compliance with required trainings and duties.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited college with a four-year degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required
- LMHC, LMFT or LCSW License preferred but not a requirement for position
- Experience working with Peer Support Specialists preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain clearance from DCF
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain and maintain WestCare’s vehicle insurance is required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Peer Support Specialists preferred
- Strong leadership and supervision skills
- Data analysis and fiscal monitoring experience
- Community outreach and collaboration with law enforcement and behavioral health organizations
- DCF clearance or ability to obtain
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain WestCare vehicle insurance
