Job Summary
Oversees staffing, training, reporting, data analysis, and fiscal monitoring of the agency's Mobile Crisis Response Team; provides onsite direction and supervision of crisis counseling; responsible for program implementation. Coordinates with law enforcement and community resource organizations, enhances community awareness of Mobile Response Team and behavioral health needs, conducts crisis counseling as needed, oversees supervision and training of crisis counselors, and ensures required orientation and mandated trainings are completed. May perform Baker Act assessments and collaborates with management to share information; may provide after-hours on-call supervision and de-escalation as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited college with a four-year degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required.
- Experience working with Peer Support Specialists preferred.
- LMHC, LMFT or LCSW License preferred but not a requirement for position.
