Job Summary
Lead the milling team by overseeing operations, scheduling, production planning, and equipment maintenance while driving continuous improvement to reduce downtime. Optimize milling processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met, and manage budgets for cost-saving initiatives. Recruit, train, and mentor personnel to build a high-performing unit, collaborate across departments, and prepare regular reports on project updates. Ensure full compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in milling operations
- At least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of milling processes, equipment, and technologies
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and implementing process improvements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in the milling industry
