Job Summary
Director of Mid-Market Sales leading a player-coach team of Account Executives to own and scale Mid-Market revenue. Responsibilities include driving annual/quarterly/monthly targets, pipeline generation, deal inspection, and closing; recruiting, coaching, and retaining top AE talent; enforcing consistent sales processes across prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and close; engaging directly with strategic customers and ROI/ business-value conversations; partnering with Solutions Consulting, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success to improve GTM execution; designing territory plans, segment strategy, and repeatable motions; codifying sales playbooks and enablement; and removing process/tooling gaps. Requirements include 7+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales experience, 3–5+ years leading a Mid-Market team, experience selling complex cloud software, track record of $25k–$250k ACVs with short cycles, and being based in San Francisco with onsite work five days a week.
