Job Summary
Director of Microsoft Channel responsible for leading Corpay's Microsoft channel strategy, developing and managing relationships with Microsoft and Microsoft ERP partners, signing new VAR partners, and driving incremental revenue growth through the Microsoft ecosystem. Reports to the Vice President of Channel Sales and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Events, and Partner Success. Key duties include managing strategic relationships with Microsoft headquarters and partners, developing a pipeline of Microsoft VAR and ERP partners, driving lead generation and revenue growth through Microsoft direct and partner channels, presenting Corpay solutions to prospective partners, tracking pipeline activity in Salesforce.com, developing partner-facing content and training materials with Marketing, leading channel strategy for Microsoft events, negotiating and maintaining partner agreements, onboarding and training partners, monitoring industry trends, and providing monthly/quarterly reporting on performance and revenue metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of consultative sales, channel sales, business development, or partner management experience
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Experience selling to executive-level stakeholders, including C-suite leaders
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%–50%
