Job Summary
Director of Merchandising leading global product strategy across e-commerce, retail, and international markets. Owns global assortment vision, SKU architecture, lifecycle decisions, pricing frameworks, and margin structures in collaboration with Finance, Buying, Product, and other stakeholders. Translates market signals, trends, and performance data into a cohesive roadmap, balancing brand vision with commercial rigor, while driving cross-functional alignment and ensuring inventory discipline. Responsibilities include developing channel-specific assortment strategies, conducting in-season performance reviews, and guiding long-range planning to support sustainable growth. Requires proven leadership at the director level, deep omni-channel expertise, and a data-driven, analytical mindset to influence Product Development, Design, Marketing, and Executive teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Merchandising, or related field
- 12+ years of merchandising experience within fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands
- Experience at Director level or higher, scaling businesses across multiple markets
- Omni-channel experience in e-commerce and retail expansion
- Analytical capability with data-driven decision making
- Strong collaboration across Product, Design, Marketing, Planning, Retail, and Supply Chain
