Job Summary
Director of Memory Care responsible for leading and managing the memory care neighborhood (35 apartments) to plan, develop, and oversee programs and staff, ensuring compliance with state and assisted living standards; design and facilitate memory care programming; supervise staff and provide training on care for residents with memory impairments; serve as the care resource within The Gardens community and build partnerships with local Alzheimer’s Association; requires a compassionate leader with dementia-care expertise and ability to oversee operations and staff development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of dementia care experience
- Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) or eligibility for certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
