Job Summary
Lead and develop memory care programs as the primary implementation leader for Memory Care residents; ensure program success and satisfaction of residents and families; supervise staff and collaborate with leadership to deliver high-quality memory care services; role supports a full-time day schedule with some flexibility for evening or weekend programming; minimum education includes a high school diploma or GED with a Bachelor's degree preferred; requires at least 2 years in geriatrics, 1+ year experience with individuals who have Alzheimer's or Dementia, and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in geriatrics
