Director of Membership (remote) - Control System Integrators Association (CSIA)

Director of Membership (remote) at CSIA leads growth and engagement for the global system integrator community. Owns the membership strategy, recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention, and collaborates with the Director of Marketing and the AMC to align messaging and program offerings. Responsible for building processes and infrastructure to support long-term growth, guiding members from first conversation through join, and strengthening onboarding, engagement, and renewals. Works with CSIA staff, AMC, and partners to expand regional and international membership opportunities, manage AMS and membership data, analyze metrics, and drive revenue targets. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive experience in membership development or association management; familiarity with AMS/CRM platforms (e.g., Rhythm, Personify, NetForum, iMIS, Fonteva, Salesforce) is preferred. The role is fully remote with standard U.S. Central Time hours and occasional travel to conferences, team meetings, or member events; salary ranges from $110K–$125K plus potential bonus.
