Job Summary

The Director of Membership and Annual Giving will lead the annual giving strategy for the SLSO, driving growth in revenue and donor participation through diverse fundraising methods and community engagement. Candidates should have extensive fundraising experience, especially in membership organizations.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of broad-based fundraising experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, fundraising or related field
  • Experience with implementation of annual giving plans
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and experience with fundraising databases

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in managing direct mail campaigns
  • Strong experience in fundraising for membership organizations
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work proactively with teams

Additional Requirements

  • Available to work evenings or weekends
