Job Summary
Director of Medical Imaging leads CRMC’s imaging services across the department, drives growth and strategy, collaborates with clinical leadership to improve patient safety, access, and efficiency, and oversees marketing, recruitment, and staff development. Responsibilities include directing the imaging department, partnering with COO/CCO/clinicians to implement care quality improvements, analyzing financial and utilization data, developing marketing strategies to engage patients, establishing clinical performance indicators, and mentoring staff within a culture of evidence-based practice. Qualifications emphasize strong healthcare leadership, business acumen, and the ability to work with physicians and multidisciplinary teams in a hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree MBA or MHA preferred
- 2 years progressive experience in hospital operations/outpatient environment or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and complex organization management skills
- An understanding of how to achieve results in a healthcare environment
- Well-developed planning, marketing, organizational development, and business skills
- Ability to move, position self, operate equipment, and handle physical requirements as described
