Job Summary
Director of Media lead end-to-end paid media strategy for a mission-driven brand, owning full-funnel activation across upper and lower funnel channels, forecasting and budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive brand equity and near-term growth. You’ll manage a team of channel experts (search, paid social, programmatic, video/CTV) and partner with Brand, Demand, and Creative teams to execute innovative, measurable campaigns, optimize CAC and NRR, develop test-and-learn roadmaps, and scale programs globally while navigating privacy/regulatory frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B or SaaS media leadership, owning brand and performance programs end-to-end across the funnel
- proven track record building and leading high-impact media teams, including internal talent and agency partners
- deep expertise across paid media (SEM, paid social, display/programmatic, video/CTV, emerging channels such as audio, retail media, ABM platforms)
- strong command of modern search and discovery (SEO, AEO) with understanding of how brands surface across AI/LLM-driven experiences
- portfolio of inventive campaigns delivering measurable lift
- advanced financial and planning acumen (forecasting, scenario modeling, LTV/CAC, payback, impact on NRR)
- hands-on experience with incrementality testing and advanced measurement (experimentation, attribution, modeling)
- strong analytical and storytelling skills for executive-ready narratives
- experience scaling programs globally with privacy/regulatory fluency (GDPR, CCPA)
