Director of Mechanical Manufacturing

Job Summary
Lead and optimize mechanical and manufacturing functions across multiple facilities, overseeing mechanical controls, product development, floor operations, quality, procurement, safety, welding, and workforce management; drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement while aligning with strategic business objectives; develop and lead the Manufacturing Operations team, promote a culture of safety, collaborate cross-functionally to implement new products and changes, apply Lean principles and change-management methods (ADKAR), and contribute to long-range business strategy as a senior leader.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent
- 15 years of related experience OR equivalent combination
- Travel: 10-25%
- Experience leading manufacturing/operational teams across multiple facilities
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Proven ability to drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
