Job Summary
Lead and mentor mechanical engineering teams to design HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial and industrial clients. Oversee system concepts, load calculations, and equipment selections; review designs for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with construction documents and bid specifications. Coordinate with architects, project managers, contractors, drafters, and owners; drive value engineering to optimize cost, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Requires Professional Engineering license; Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience); 7+ years of HVAC design experience; strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
