Director of Meats leads the product departments across locations, overseeing merchandising, policies, and training; travels for on-site visits to ensure operations run smoothly and safely. Responsible for policy development, supplier/vendor collaboration, product quality, and performance reviews of product department staff; requires 7+ years in product/grocery with at least 2 years of management experience, and a Certified Food Safety Manager badge.
